Please read these terms carefully before placing your commission.
By ordering from me, you agree to the following:

Payment

Payment is required upfront before I begin the project.
All payments are handled via PayPal Invoices only.
All prices are listed in EUR (€).
Payments are non-refundable once the sketch or first preview is approved.

Usage Rights

All commissions are made for personal use only (e.g. Twitch, YouTube, Discord, profile pictures).
Using my artwork for commercial purposes (such as merchandise, advertisements, or monetized content) requires a +30% commercial license fee.
You are not allowed to resell, trace, edit, or claim the artwork as your own.
I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media.

Communication

All communication and project updates are handled via Discord direct messages.
I’ll share sketches, progress updates, and the final files through Discord.
Please make sure your Discord account is active and notifications are enabled.
Alternative communication methods can be discussed if necessary, but Discord is my main workspace.

Timeline

Completion time varies depending on complexity and my current schedule.
I’ll provide regular updates throughout the process.
Please reply within a reasonable time during review stages to avoid delays.

Revisions

Each commission includes one round of minor revisions during the sketch stage.
Major changes after final rendering may require an additional fee.
Please provide clear references and descriptions before I begin.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are not available once I have started the sketch.
If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

Final Delivery

You will receive the finished artwork in high resolution (PNG or JPG) via Discord or download link.
Files are for personal use only, unless a commercial license has been purchased.
